Hello, I’m Charlena - an Applied Emotional and Behavioural Consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping people create meaningful, lasting change in real life.

I work with individuals who may appear capable on the outside, yet privately feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, uncertain, or frustrated by repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are thoughtful, hardworking people who do not simply want to talk about problems - they want practical solutions, deeper understanding, and a clear path forward.

My approach blends emotional insight with behavioural change strategies. Drawing from a broad range of therapeutic, coaching, hypnotherapeutic, body-based, and nature-informed modalities, I tailor support to the individual rather than forcing people into a one-size-fits-all model.

Hello, I’m Rebecca, a CRPO-registered Therapist committed to providing thoughtful, professional, and evidence-informed mental health support.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and lived understanding of how personal experiences, relationships, and wider social pressures can shape emotional wellbeing. I recognise that challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma responses, body image distress, and relationship difficulties often develop within a broader context—not in isolation.
